For the chat:
Piracy, adult-material, obscene, religion and philosophy related discussions are allowed, we do not censor the chat, but do remember; Mods will always have the final say.

For the forums:
Adult oriented material or obscene material is not allowed on the forums due to our host's rules. Be discrete with piracy related discussions.

I get banned for being annoying in the chat by some Nooya guy, only for asking if the stream was live twice or so, because I'm an idiot about this live stuff. Maybe you should add "being annoying" to the chat rules if you're going to ban innocent people like me for no fucking reason.

Common sense.

Secondly:
Don't be a dick, don't spam, don't harrass.

Also this:

* Speak English in the main chat, if you want to talk to your friend in another language use PMs.
* Don't chat as "ViewerXXX", get a nickname.
* Do not link extremely uninteresting or illegal things.
* Do not link any form of pyramid scheme.
* Use proper grammar and spelling. Don't use 'u' or '2' to replace 'you' or 'too' for example.
* HoN drama stays in HoN.
* Don't overuse smileys.
* Don't use the :L or xD smileys at all.
* Requests go on the forums.
* Don't advertise.

Don't be annoying is a chat rule. It's the second one listed in this thread if you looked.

I got banned from chat or what ever so i cant chat while watching your guys videos i didnt do anything to get banned. i left my computer on for a couple hours to go to work and when i came back i was banned. is there any way to unban me or what cause thats not fair .

Hello! I am new to the community, and I got banned from the streamchat for saying the word "epic". I know that one of the rules is "Don't be annoying." but that is a question of definition, and to be completely fair, no-one told me that he/she was getting annoyed before banning me. Of course i will understand if you won't unban me, but I would appreciate if you did, because i really enjoyed the nice people in the chat. Anyways, keep up the good work, as far as I can tell, the streams are hilarious and very enjoyable. Thank you. Sincerely, Cartwheel.

P.S. I got banned by a guy under the nickname "Broomer".

And of course, I apologize for being out of line and annoying people. This wasn't my intention at all.

The rules are fairly generic, there's really no way around it. People will get banned with almost no indication of any sort, the best way for this is to simply ignore this issue and wait it out until they empty the ban list as they often do.

This is probably the best solution indeed.
